Textile orders.
Stock you can account for.

When orders arrive in messages and stock lives in a separate sheet, it is easy to promise the same fabric twice. Bring each design, order and reservation into one web workflow built around how your team sells.

Try an order

Take an order through to dispatch.

Fictional fabrics and orders

Create a draft, reserve its stock, then dispatch it. Drafts do not hold stock. All quantities here are whole metres or whole rolls, with no conversion between units.

Reserve reduces available stock. Dispatch reduces on-hand stock and clears the reservation. Cancel releases a reservation. Dispatched and cancelled orders are final in this example. Refresh or reset clears the browser-only sample.

Fit the software to your fabric trade.

Start with one agreed stock unit per SKU, a clear reservation point and the person who confirms dispatch. We can scope a focused web tool around those rules, then test it with representative orders before rollout.

How we agree the first delivery ↗

Define a useful first scope

  • Your fabric, design and colour identifiers.
  • What counts as on hand, reserved and available.
  • Who creates, confirms, cancels and dispatches an order.

A small starter, such as one agreed stock CSV turned into a design-wise availability report, can start from ₹5,000. Order entry, reservations and dispatch need a separate system scope and quote; the starting price does not cover that workflow or a full ERP. Customer accounts, multiple businesses, accounting, roll-to-metre conversion and Android or iOS apps are separately scoped.

Start with one order and its stock record.

Show us how a design is identified, when you promise the fabric and how dispatch is recorded. We’ll help define the smallest useful workflow for your team.
